This month’s barn quilt is located near Dashwood Ontario. The block is called “Young Man’s Fancy” although some of you may know it as the more recent name, “Goose in the Pond”.
This was the first block that the property owner had pieced. The black and white colours represent the Holstein cows raised on the dairy farm she grew up on.
